Terms of Service for Synvora
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service define the agreement between you and Synvora for AI software development, AI integration into business, and related services offered at synvora.club.
2. Scope of Services
Synvora provides custom software projects, integration consulting, information products, and physical goods. By engaging our offerings, you agree to these terms.
3. Service Offerings
3.1 Custom Software and Integration: We design, develop, and integrate AI solutions tailored to your needs. Each project is subject to a project plan agreed in writing.
3.2 Information Products: We deliver digital courses, tutorials, and reports focused on AI development and integration best practices.
3.3 Physical Goods: We offer hardware kits and peripherals for AI prototyping and experimentation.
4. Orders and Scheduling
To initiate a project or purchase, please complete the contact form. Upon confirmation, we will send a service agreement or invoice with timelines. You may reschedule a service once at no extra charge within 90 days of the original date by notifying us via the contact form.
5. Fee and Payment Terms
Fees are listed on synvora.club and in your agreement. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment methods are detailed in your invoice. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Custom Software and Integration Services
Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the project start date and before deliverables are provided. Approved requests will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If significant design or code work has commenced, the service is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of development.
6.2 Information Products
Digital courses and reports are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. After this period or usage threshold, the purchase is final.
6.3 Physical Goods
Unused hardware kits may be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Shipping costs to us are at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, the amount paid for the goods, minus shipping, will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
7. Changes to Terms
Synvora may modify these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on synvora.club and become effective upon posting.
